Terms of Use
Last updated: June 3, 2026
By using SafuScan you agree to these terms. SafuScan is a free, informational tool that reads public on-chain and market data to help you assess crypto-token risk. Please read this carefully — crypto is high-risk.
Not financial advice
Nothing on SafuScan is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Verdicts such as LOW RISK, CAUTION, RISKY, AVOID and CAN'T VERIFY are automated heuristics based on the data available at the time of the scan. They are not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything, and they are not a guarantee of safety. See how the verdict is calculated.
No guarantee & limits of the analysis
A clean scan reduces risk but cannot eliminate it. Contracts can be upgraded, liquidity can be unlocked later, data sources can be wrong or out of date, and off-chain social-engineering scams exist. A “LOW RISK” result is the strongest signal we can give from on-chain data — never a promise. Always do your own research and never invest more than you can afford to lose.
Not an exchange or custodian
SafuScan does not custody funds, execute trades, or hold your assets. We never take possession of your crypto and never ask for private keys or seed phrases. Any “trade” links route you to independent third-party platforms that operate under their own terms.
Third-party data & links
Data comes from third-party providers (CoinGecko, GeckoTerminal, DexScreener, GoPlus, honeypot.is, Jupiter, public RPCs) and is cached for performance, so it may be delayed or temporarily unavailable. Outbound links lead to third-party sites we do not control and are not responsible for.
No warranty & limitation of liability
SafuScan is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its verdicts or data.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are provided for transparency and are not legal advice.
